Dreamwalker Dance and The Burlington Performing Arts Centre invite you to a series of FREE wellness movement workshops facilitated by local artists. This will be a time to delight in the diverse creative approaches and energies of these exceptional artists. This is a time for you. These sessions will be fun, relaxing, rejuvenating, and a chance to reboot. You will be guided into a flowing hour of gentle stretches, visualizations and connecting movements, simple vocal sounds and play. No dance or singing experience is required, just curiosity and an interest in exploring, sensing, feeling and moving in space with others, with an attitude of appreciation. You can attend one or all of the workshops. All participants must be registered.
